How then shall they call on Him in whom they have not believed? And how shall they believe in Him of whom they have not heard? And how shall they hear without a preacher? And how shall they preach unless they are sent? As it is written:

“How beautiful are the feet of those who preach the gospel of peace, Who bring glad tidings of good things!” –Romans 10:14-15 NKJV

What is Beautiful Feet?

Beautiful Feet is the fellowship in the church whose focus is missions. We support the missions by making prayer a priority, both as a group and in our individual prayer lives. Another goal is actively raising awareness of missions within the church body. It is our desire to have direct personal communication with the individual missionaries and ministries. We also want to reach out to the community and beyond through our own missionary outreaches. Kevin Akenson is currently overseeing the ministry. Please email Kevin to be added to the mailing list.

We invite you to join with us in prayer for the ministries we support at church at 6:30 p.m. on the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month.

Missions We Support:

Dr Juventine Emuku/Medical Outreach in Midigo

A ministry supported through Safe Harbor International. Dr. Juventine and his wife oversee a hospital in Midigo, Northern Uganda, which sees more than 100 patients per day. The facility is inadequate to meet the needs of the very large population. Dr. Juventine is also the pastor of a church; the love of Christ is very evident. All of this is occurring in a community that is more than 90% Muslim. safeharbor.us/site/our-misisonaries

What is a Contact?

A contact is a person who has volunteered to be a liaison between the missions fellowship and the particular ministry. It is mainly a commitment to prayer for that ministry. It also includes, but is not limited to, communicating directly (calling, emailing, postal mail) with the ministry to find out any news, information, or needs particular to that ministry. It may also include collecting information for presenting to the body or perhaps even organizing an event.
